Pros
The impactful work and 'bigger picture' aspect made it inspiring to work on certain projects. Amazing people across each department which made the day-to-day work that much better. Has a sort of startup culture that can enable more creative approaches to problem-solving and personal growth along the way. Lots of good opportunities for individual and group work. Requires a high degree of adaptability and venturing outside of your comfort zone, which is something I was looking for at the time.
Cons
Having a really small team can result in certain projects becoming disorganised. Fast-paced environment, which can mean constantly playing catch-up and putting some important projects on hold. However, at the end of the day, it's definitely manageable and rewarding!
