since we started WFH, there is a huge dissociation between managers and employees. They basically don't care about anything but numbers they don't even care about employee development. you can salary cuts for no reason, you can find that your shift has changed without informing you, and if you face any issues, good luck finding your manager because they have just vanished into this dark hole called "meetings" which turns out to be nothing more than gathering multiple managers in a meeting room all muted for almost 5 hours and by the end of it the operation manager comes and say "sorry we'll postpone this meeting because I'm another meeting" which is totally absurd!!
