Better adoption of agile could help.

Worked at the company for 2 years and had a very negative experience. The company values getting the customers' money over anything else, even though they portray themselves as fun and accepting. There is no mentorship culture unless you chase your superiors and arrange it yourself. Even then the quality will be questionable. Senior developers are appointed as team leads even though all they want to do all day is code (stated, known), which leads to teams being neglected and personal growth stumped. Haven't seen my direct manager for a 1:1 for 5 months, until I initiated it! Salaries way below average. No union.

Partly nerdy, slightly mainstreamish environment, Ostbahnhof office location (a fine modern office in terrible surroundings), a few boring projects/clients, sometimes working for people who are against your beliefs such as someone known in public as "the diesel minister".

Lack of process for annual reviews etc.

Sometimes you get lost within the organisational structures. Information flow not alway on official channels but "in the kitchen". Growth is not everything, turnover and margin are not the holy grails of company success.

No cons Everthings was positive about the company

Need to grab more technologies as well other than it no cons

- Management - Communication - Rigid (in hierarchy and in project setups) - Technological and methodical outdated - Rewards unconditional agreement over constructive conversations
