Couldn not think of any

1) No policies at all 2) No Increment/Appraisal policy, they say we already pay you a lot, every year 3) They hire you, and then change the role totally, also change salary after joining and trap you 4) No HR in office, everything operated from Germany 5) Always criticized for work, never given any appreciation even if the project was successful 6) Senior Management doesn't have any power, dictatorship ruling in India from Germany 7) Management totally against suggestions from employee, they consider it offensive when someone suggests something 8) People in India treated like slaves, asked to do whatever said without questioning 9) No celebrations/outings, on festivals you have to work for 8 hours 10) Your times in office will be strictly monitored according to clock, even if there is no work 11) You come home with a headache everyday !

1. company is too small (employee strength 30 ). 2. Company is operated from Germany completely. Managers are German and they have no idea , how things in India work. 3. Company has no HR,payroll,finance department in India. So in case of any issues employee will have to coordinate with German employee. For example , Employee has to sort out their Indian Income tax related queries with German person who don't know anything about tax slabs in India. 4. Employee work will never be appreciated. 5. Employee leave approvals will be always delayed. 6. This organization was founded to get projects from Indian Gov. But since company couldn't even stand in front of other competitors , company forcefully started sending their employees to Abu Dhabi (Another office of Init ) to generate revenue from Abu Dhabi Clients. Don't get happy guys , company will pay you less than some uneducated worker in Abu Dhabi. Avg salary of Senior Software Engineer as per Abu Dhabi standard is atleast AED 12000 per month. 7. Company doesn't even provide travel insurance Employee if he is traveling out of India for companies work. COmpany takes no resposibity if anything happens to Employee out of India. 8. Company doesn't even ask employee whether they want to travel or not. It is compulsion. 9. Company doesn't give increment and bonus to any Indian employee at the end of year even if employee has done good quality of work. 10. There is no job security in this company. Employees are fired from this organization with stupid reasons. Before terminating employee , managers doesn't even give any warning in advance. In one year 10% employees are terminated. 11. Even after termination, company doesn't even provide you experience and relieving letter immidiately. It will take more than month. 12. There are no policies in this organization in any aspect. You can not even complain anything about your manager to management as whole management is of Germans. They never listen to any Indian employee. Instead of taking some action on manager , employees were fired. 13. This organization supports racism/favourism.
