      - The people: Surround by smart, down-to-earth, multifaceted, open people that are interested in the company and in growth. - The product: Thoughtful approach to what is built. Products that work, have tons of future growth, and you're proud to stand behind. - Openness: Lots of transparency into company goals, what's going well and what's not, and how we can change things. - Culture: Fun, vibrant, relaxed place to work.

      Cons

      - Growing fast (both as individuals and as a company), which is as challenging as it is exciting. It's not a slow tour in a Cadillac, it's a start up. Be prepared for bumps in the road at these speeds.

      Pros

      - CULTURE: Experienced and understanding leadership drives an amazing culture from the top down. They want to build the company they always wanted to work for, and they mean it. This is a very people friendly place, with great work-life balance, flexible working opportunities, and generally a very transparent and friendly culture. Conflict & politics are minimal to non existent. This is a place that truly cares about its people. - SMART PEOPLE: On top of this, the company is packed full of super bright people who all want to excel at their job. Decision making is analytically driven, and there is a growth mindset. You genuinely feel that the best decision is almost always being made, based on the information available at the time. - GROWTH: The company is going global and expanding its product range. This is an exciting time (2019). - PERKS: Unlimited vacation. Fully comprehensive insurance. Generous paid parental leave. Office snacks. Dogs in the New York office. Regular social events. Opportunities to travel between NY and London offices.

      Cons

      The combination of people-friendliness, analytical thinking and striving for excellence means that sometimes decision making is a bit too democratic or too much analysis is being done, rather than just trying stuff out. The company is very self aware though, and always seeking to get better at this (and everything else).

      Pros

      Super smart yet humble people, founders created a wonderful open culture, leadership transparency, huge potential for the technology

      Cons

      As it grows, meetings become more regular and distracting to the core job. Sometimes leadership want to hear everyone's opinion and can slow down decisions/action.
