Pros
1Spatial are a great team and always do interesting work, arising from the mapping and spatial data projects they undertake on behalf of a wide range of public sector and commercial clients. They are very focused on delivering the job and at least achieving, if possible exceeding the customer's expectations. I have enjoyed several stints working with them over the years and wish them all the best for the future.
Cons
Development is done on a Windows environment for the most part and some product lines are on the mature side in terms of technology.
