      Pros

      Its a small company, which also makes it a big contributor in investing in its employees. Another good thing is that being a part of financial sector, it also provides oppertunities to move into mainstream financial sector.

      Cons

      Its a small company and each project has set number of allocated staff, which makes it difficult to take time off, or invest any time in training due to strict deadlines.
