      Pros

      Very nice fun loving small group of staff, mostly all from eastern Europe. Celebrate birthdays and events better than most Canadian companies.

      Cons

      Very tightly micro managed all activity and events accounted for. Managed in a very Eastern European fashion which is unfamiliar to Canadian Culture. Be aware salaried positions are broken down to hourly tracking and pay scale. So don't expect what you are used to from a normal Canadian company.
