Overworked, high turn over, under appreciated

Pros

Average pay and the other employees are great. Above average insurance and 401k matching, Not far from the city or express way.

Cons

You will be overworked and asked to spend much time in the office. Also, you will be asked to spend your person time doing "rocks" which are nothing more than an excuse not to give you a proper raise. The company has extremely high turn over with both techs and managers leaving. Work/live balance is a joke and culture and values is a continued CYA and finger pointing.

Pros

It's a job and not much else.

Cons

Super weak management. Promotes usually within and chooses personnel with poor management abilities and low job knowledge. Upper leadership is very arrogant and dishonest. Turnover rate is very high.

3Points is always interested in feedback that is constructive, and provides us with guidance on building a better future for our team. Recently we conducted research, including a staff-wide study on what features would be most desirable in our new facility. We had over 90% participation in that study, and heard that our team wants a high-tech facility with state of the art amenities like sit-stand desks, a cafe like town hall, multiple types of spaces for collaboration, lots of natural sunlight, and places to relax or game during down-time. This month 3Points began the process of designing that state-of-the-art facility which will incorporate all of these features and more. We are a group of talented individuals who want to work with nice people in a first class facility. We do try to promote from within, and we are proud to be able to provide our team opportunities grow at 3Points. Many people have grown their income by 50% to 100% during their time with us, which is another fact we are very proud of. This type of opportunity is life-changing. If you are reviewing this post as a potential candidate, we encourage you to speak with our current team members to get a accurate picture of who we are.
