      - No work on Jewish holidays - half day on Fridays - Good experience for entry levels - Decent salary

      Cons

      - toxic work environment. I met a very toxic team with crazy seniors. Other teams looked peaceful and fine. I started getting a health issue because of the stress that I couldn’t handle.

      The designers behave like a high school clique, superficially friendly but quick to exclude anyone they dislike. But HR is even worse. They're inefficient, unprofessional, and outright hostile. Need help? They'll ignore your request, then call your manager to complain instead of solving the problem. A truly professional environment.
