      -You can work in many fields. Even if it’s not my job -Location

      -Upper manager is a dictator. -The value money more than person. -Specially, men’s design director is a bully to the weak and a coward to the strong, bullying at work and discrimination. -Upper manager don’t want to hear the voices of subordinates.

      STAY AWAY! There is too much to list but if you're looking for inclusion, culturally sound, growth, opportunity, mental stability, emotional intelligence or any other valuable benefit, there is none. keep it moving, find a different opening at a different company. this place is bottom of the barrel.

      Bonus pay is higher than most other companies Some of the people you work with are enjoyable

      Cons

      Upper Management only cares for themselves and does not care for the people who work under them; promotes the lazy and talentless Will promise raises but takes at least 6 months to receive them Horrible conditions to work under, especially with covid, they never cared about anyone's health NO flexibility at all (no WFH, must clock in, no personal days, etc) NO transparency
