      good company to learn

      Pros

      everything is good in 360 Logica. I worked here around 3yr supported management and leads. free cab, food time flexibility

      Cons

      After acquired by Saksoft, everything is changed in 360 logica. All the policy of 360 logica changed. Now it become a part of saksoft company (the worst company I have ever seen). So, now no need to join 360 logica..

      Thanks for your feedback. Change is the only constant and we understand that acquisitions could bring in certain changes into an organization and it's management styles.       Poor work life balance

      Can’t find any pros. Worst decision ever made to work here.

      Cons

      There is no work life balance. Micro monitoring by management, there is no break in whole day..every other minute manager pings. Expect to work even after hours. No extra pay or appreciation. Highly underpaid as compared to hours demanded for work. Your brain will always be occupied no family time remains.
