      Pros

      There’s a profit share and free lunches. Company has pool and gym for employees and you can get a bonus at Christmas.

      Cons

      The environment is a bit toxic, you are warned not to communicate with other departments and if you do you risk getting in trouble. I’ve seen some very unprofessional dealings with managers losing their tempers. There is a lack of training for managers and many don’t come from this background so they don’t know how to deal with different kinds of people. 3CX has a clique culture and I’ve seen people get pushed out regularly.

      Pros

      Salary was great and the annual end-of-year bonus and profit share were very welcome. Most team members were happy to help (when allowed) and friendly. Free meals and staff parties were organised well.

      Cons

      I have NEVER worked in such a TOXIC environment. I was warned before joining the business that there is an "air" of superiority and of "the inner circle". 100% correct. > The company makes some of the best WFH software around, yet has a ZERO WFH policy > HR is an absolute joke. In many other countries, they would be spending most of the year in employment tribunals. > For a communications business, communication is non-existent and even frowned upon. Employees are not allowed to ask questions to members of other teams. When a question is asked via the "correct" channels, the response is usually sarcastic & rude.
