A once great company brought down by poor leadership (and Billy)

3DP used to be a fantastic place to work with a strong team spirit and innovative projects. The company provided excellent opportunities for professional growth and had a collaborative work environment. The culture was supportive and inclusive, with many team bonding activities and a focus on work-life balance.
Cons
Unfortunately, the company has taken a downturn due to recent leadership changes. The head of engineering, Billy, has been a major contributor to this decline. His management style is hypocritical and self-serving. He often skips important meetings to play foosball, while expecting his team to adhere to strict attendance policies. Billy’s favoritism has fostered a cliquey environment, alienating many talented employees. His poor decision-making and lack of adherence to the company’s core values, especially teamwork, have led to a toxic work culture. The company’s innovation has stagnated under his leadership, resulting in significant financial losses and a loss of competitive edge. Many key employees have left due to the toxic environment and lack of direction.
