      High salary if you have a contact inside

      Cons

      Micro management at his best. Family based Iranian, always talking farsi in front of other employees. Total mess, disorganization and do not speak your mind because you will get fired.

      Very hard company to work at, if you are mexican and without good connections with upper management.

      1) At least you could get a job with them. 2) Is a way to enter to USA for working legally.

      Cons

      1) Upper managment (almost all) doesn't know the meaning of ethics. 2) Take advantage of the employment needs of Mexican people. They can reduce your salary, or others scary things. 3) Upper management (almost all) are bully people.
