      We're overall quite young but have a great open mindset. Freedom, impact, trust, fun, growth... This is a place where you can learn, express yourself, craft a position you love, in a supportive environment and on interesting topics. Super inspiring.

      Some people might feel intimidated by the freedom or lack of strict structures in certain positions.
