Unhealthy competition Walls of secrecy No transparency favoritism(Unbearable amounts) Halted growth They talk about diversity and inclusivity all the time but you can feel the supremacy of a particular section everyday.

There are some great people who are hard working and passionate about what they do. The benefits from Shopify are a big pro.

Cons

Everything else. An almost all white male bro leadership team. Little to almost zero diversity. Offensive in just about every way. They will do anything to work you to death and then pay you as little as possible for it once the work is already done. Psychopaths steering the ship here right into the ground.
