The company is outdated and overly reliant on its existing customer base, with limited signs of innovation or a clear strategic vision. The work environment lacks structure and can feel restrictive, offering minimal opportunities for creativity or professional growth. Unfortunately, the company culture does not align with the supportive and engaging atmosphere often found in larger, more progressive organizations. While the organization claims to prioritize mentorship and support, especially for scholars, the management style is discouraging and unsupportive. This is particularly disheartening given the mission to promote learning and growth across hemispheres of expanded learning. It’s disappointing to see such potential hindered by an approach that can undermine employees’ confidence and contributions. I would not recommend this company to individuals seeking a positive, growth-oriented environment.
