Friendly atmosphere with a great sense of camaraderie. The principals and account directors really know their stuff. Frequent happy hours and other company-wide events -- always a blast!

Cons

A rather niche client base, but if that's your field you won't find anyplace better.

+ Great place for self starters. Massive room for growth and improvement- if you are motivated. + Relatively chill work hours- for an agency. + Team all gets along well.

Cons

- Fast paced environment. If you expect to be coddled you will not be successful. - Lot of last minute tasks means some hair on fire moments.

We had some bad apples when I was there. They're gone now, so not a con any more.
