The salaries are above industry standards on paper, this is only because no one stays long enough to tolerate the toxic environment.

Cons

The work culture is toxic and highly unprofessional. Senior employees are treated with disrespect, and there is no work-life balance — even holidays and Sundays are working days. There is no HR department, salaries are frequently cut without explanation, and all requests for pending issues are ignored.
