      The perfect place to drive ideas and projects, nimble & non-bureaucratic, excellent travel/learning

      Pros

      Small firm - nimble - easy decision making processes. Very inspiring colleagues (only 40-50 people) - most come from McKinsey or other big consulting firms. High-calibre clients (from pharma to banks to agri) Annual retreat to Switzerland where all employees get together for a long weekend to discuss strategy and plans

      Cons

      There is a lack of structure. Don't work here if you're not self-motivated and just prefer to wait for work to come your way. This is a place where the possibilities are almost limitless, and you catch the bull by the horns, propose your ideas, and lead initiatives.

      Great place to learn, develop and grow and work on really interesting client projects with fantastic colleagues!

      Cons

      Sometimes feel a bit lost at least in the beginning when starting out as it's not a micromanagement culture at all.
