I can’t say enough positive things about A Plus Benefits. Different qualities are important to different types of people, but to me this company has all the right qualities that I want in an employer. They treat all their employees impeccably, they create long lasting and genuine relationships with their clients, and they’re continually looking for ways to improve, and grow. They set goals, and full well intend to be around for many years to come. A Plus Benefits is not above showing its employees how valued they are. They are so supportive of each individual. A Plus Benefits encourages professionalism, development, and progress in each employee. In addition to that, they are extremely generous with their pay and benefits, bonuses, raises, as well as with their company events. A Plus Benefits, I feel, expects me to bring more to the table than just a completed job. This is a place where I can reflect on processes, make suggestions and I’m able to contribute something valuable back to the company, and I’m encouraged to do so. In addition to treating their employees so well, this company genuinely cares for their clients and wants to help them success in every possible way. Most clients stay with A Plus for a very long time, and value the expertise that is provided to them that they wouldn’t have otherwise. Knowing this gives me more pride and confidence in my employer.
