An Absolute Nightmare to Work For. Stay Away.
Pros
When the owner was out of the office on calls it was easy to get work done. Everyone other than the owner was an absolute joy to work with. (Crew all stuck on the same sinking ship and all that.) Schedule was set and reliable.
Cons
The owner of the company is egotistical, calls himself "difficult to work with" and bragged about how many people he has either fired or driven to tears/quitting in a short amount of time. (When people show you who they are, believe them.) There is no organization in the office. Employee files (containing very sensitive information) were left cluttered or crammed in drawers wherever they fit. The owner would assign a task then change his mind several times on the how/when/where/why several times an hour. There are no benefits. None. Pay was low. No structure for time off or sick days in place at all. The owner would constantly lie to customers to push back appointments when it was job he "thought wasn't his time" or "didn't want to deal with today". No form of HR or conflict management whatsoever. The owner immediately fires or bullies people into quitting for the smallest disagreements that he starts. Yells at and belittles employees on a daily basis.
