      Pros

      Fantastic tech team using the latest tech stack. Everyone is extremely helpful and available when needed. The working environment is busy as the company is experiencing huge growth, but they provide you with amazing flexibility provided you can deliver within the set deadlines. The management team know exactly where they want the company heading and are doing a great job of guiding the company there. They are also friendly, understanding and easy to reach should you have any issues. Great employee benefits are provided, with the pension contributions being one of the best around. Keep up the great work everyone! The future looks bright!!

      Can get busy due to rapid growth, but this has the potential for huge upside for the company.

      Pros

      - Free to come up with my own solutions to content challenges (that includes content type, strategy, style, organisation, and more) - Flexible set up, no rigid hierarchy (of course run things past the CEO and CTO were you need to) - Global work - producing content for many countries in several languages has been a fun challenge - The excitement of helping a start up / SME score its first wins in the market - Working with lots of departments that were new to me (data science, app developers, etc) who regularly improve our CMS solutions much faster than ever happens in a large + bureaucratic organisations - Highly satisfying to launch new content hubs for clients around the world - nothing quite like like seeing your own creative ideas go live!

      Cons

      - Early on there was an unsustainably big workload for a couple of projects, but my new content solutions were listened to and we prioritised accordingly - You may see a couple of negative reviews here but tbh I think most have been addressed now and I personally have no problems. I think it all depends on when you worked at ABAKA and what department you were in. I'm proud to have built the product content from the ground up and see the engagement and sales results I've helped achieve for clients. My experience and career development has been great! - I've just given 4 stars for culture + values because if you like regular socials with colleagues then this is hard in London because there's only a few of us and we're all remote for now (but if you're happy with remote work then its fine!)

      Multicultural environment with talented, helpful and friendly coworkers Company is expanding at fast speed so employees get opportunities to gain more responsibilities Workplace flexibility Fahd is a supportive leader, who has confidence in the team and encourages everyone to be their best versions and push forward to achieve tangible results (Btw, Fahd is not just a great leader but also an understating and honest person) In the last year more C level executives have joined Abaka, who helped to improve organizational structure
