      Micromanagement is insane

      Pros

      I got my paycheck on time. The only "pro" I experienced in the 2 years here.

      Cons

      Micromanaging from management who don't even know how to do our jobs. Threats of write ups when you make a mistake because your being rushed to complete a job that requires more time but you can't actually focus on the task because management is constantly bombarding you wanting to know who, what, when, where, why, how, etc. Not just like a friendly check in to be updated on progress either. I'm talking EVERY 10 MINUTES your interrogated with a side dish of attitude. You hired me to do a job let me do it.

      Kind and caring work environment (depending on the supervisor) Very flexible with schedules Accommodates for disabilities and health events Solid work-life balance

      Cons

      Chaotic management Some supervisors have a toxic outlook on workplace environment and "hustle culture" Frequent changes in management that lead to disjointed department decisions Feedback is heard but acted on far too slowly Wage and compensation are a bit lacking, needed to fight to receive $15 an hour.
