      I have a nice boss

      They have recently reduced the salary of nutritionists to now be in line with healthy behavior advisors so this means there is no progression for me here now as I’m a nutritionist and I wanted to progress from HLA to nutritionist after working here for 2 years.

      lovely team, lovely colleagues. Always such a nice environment.

      Cons

      Management is in shambles, especially the MHST clinical Lead. You will not be listened to, nor respected. The MHST is being led by someone who is not a leader and has made everyone run away.

      Good team support generally between colleagues

      Cons

      No duty of care or welfare support from senior and management staff. Work models changing and less personal support actually provided to service users. Company is all about Data and statistics-get services users through the door and tick a box. Commissioning board appears to be happy with this.
