Pros

Good technologies, slow going pace and some easy tasks in public cloud space. Lots of tenants and I learned a bit of Azure as well on top of AWS.

Cons

Diminishing culture, toxic TL, rude, and overwhelming many a times. Too many tickets and alerts not managed in an efficient manner. Not good salary reviews some fancy variable structure. Sr. Management not aware of the ground truth and more on papers. It was a good and much better culture when I joined.

Pros

Started well like a traditional old school MSP. Easy to get it. Good for those who are struggling with work a visa as you can be choosers many a time. Slow and laidback due to little tech innovation. Diversity and inclusion With the new reward policy, you many get cookies mailed to you which are yummy. One days at office is reasonable with lunches and soft drinks. New me-day policy is a pleasure.

Cons

Old school technology with old school customers. Legacy tasks and repeat ones. Average mind set staff- who can stick there for a long. Major focus on reactive support with no consulting ability. Limited training and development: While the company may be easy to get into, there were limited opportunities for training and development. This made it difficult to build new skills or advance within the company. The cloud guru portal is not really a in house training platform. Lack of innovations, but too many procedures. Sales and account managers throwing balls without knowing about resourcing. The company looked good on paper, but in reality, it was different. The HR department's seeming inability to understand or address the challenges facing employees. As the company grew and the workload increased, many employees, felt overworked and underappreciated. This ultimately led to a high level of dissatisfaction and burnout among staff.

Thank you for your feedback. It’s good to hear that you experienced some of the great benefits we offer our people, especially our commitment to diversity and inclusion. We note your constructive feedback as well and as always, we are committed to taking all feedback seriously and looking for ways to “better it”. As a fast-growing business, we experience growing pains along with the same staffing challenges of every IT business in Australia over the last few years, however, we are very proud to say that our recent staff engagement survey had one of the best results in our history. We work hard to create a great experience for both our people and our customers and are sorry that you didn’t get to experience that. We wish you the best in your future career endeavours.

Pros

This is one of the few organizations where the senior executives will cook barbeque for you, you may have a great and relaxing workplace setting, and even got to play some games in the cafeteria. In contrast with the others, my squad had some excellent guys to hang out with, and some amusing activities planned within the team on and off.

Cons

The previous two years have seen a lot of change, with the customer now taking precedence over the employee. Too several procedures and more layers over top of it. The most effective approach is to embrace change and go along with the lean methodology. Due to complicated methods, AC3 is more like a punch bag for the customer to get it to work, which makes things very monotonous and repetitive. With little options available for employees, large public customers have the lion's share of the decision-making power. Additionally, the majority of individuals receive inadequate pay compared to the newly hired ones. Also, micro level variable structure exacerbates the situation.

Thank you for your feedback. We value all feedback, both positive and constructive as it helps us “Better It”. At AC3 we do believe in being customer centric, however we also believe that creating a positive employee experience is the only way to do this. Occasionally meeting customer needs can be more challenging at certain times than others and we have programs in place to help us manage this. Some examples of this are our professional development framework and our individualised variable reward framework, which allows each employee to be rewarded in a unique way that motivates them personally. We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t have a positive experience with this. We would welcome the opportunity to learn more about your experience, so please reach out directly to the People & Culture team if you would like to share more. All the best in your future career endeavours.
