Company was essentially driven into the ground.
Don't expect to ever get pay raises. Don't expect basic employee benefits like medical/dental/401k anymore. If lay offs occur, you will be given ZERO warning.
Work environment was often pretty toxic and stressful. 90% of staff is Russian/Ukranian, which isn't inherently bad, but communication could be difficult at times and you will feel excluded from most conversations between staff.
Know that not everything was bad. The family-like environment was nice at times. When the company was doing well, the job wasn't terrible.
