Pros

Coworkers and great employee benefits.

Cons

Leadership and clear division goals. Working under the Chief Operation Officer JW was horrendous. Would have stayed if I worked under someone else. Too bad because my coworkers were great.

Pros

I started with ACOG on December 1 and was immediately impressed with the organization. I knew from the thorough, thoughtful interview process that the HR team, my direct supervisor, and other key stakeholders working with this role that it was important to the organization to find the ideal fit. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt the energy and enthusiasm that has continued during month 1 of employment. I had a well-planned onboarding document that had been shared prior to my first day. My direct reports had provided me with all the documentation I needed to make a strong start. My supervisor had an excellent plan for me to be immediately successful, and she follows up often and with intention to see that I have everything I need. The HR team has been a dream. Responsive, organized, kind, helpful with my tedious new hire questions - truly remarkable and best in class. And on a more personal note, even as a new employee at ACOG, I was included meaningfully in the holiday party and other celebrations. And my first two days in the office, my team made sure to plan lunches so I didn't have to eat alone and could get to know key colleagues. I am so excited to be part of such a hard-working team devoted to our members and our mission.

Cons

I don't have any cons to report at this time.
