      Pros

      Learned much about business development, pricing, government contracting, and interacting with government clients. Also, learned that there are times to continue pursuit of a potential opportunity, and times to "cut your losses."

      Cons

      As part of learning, saw how hard it is for small government contracting companies (in general) may have a hard time breaking into developed markets.

      Good leadership/management, growing company, decent salary, solid 401(k) plan. CEO is passionate about the company and management does seem to care about employees. Company is on the rise with many new contracts and opportunities.

      Cons

      Standard paid time off is very low (10 days).
