      Does enjoy employing a lot of fresh grads which can help them get a start to their career Stable company don’t need to be scared of layoffs cause bankruptcy or budget cuts

      Onboarding a bit messy Because it’s a stable company, you’re less likely able to get a promotion or fast advance in your career
