      Pros

      Small number of employees, which is great as your not just a number. You get to really know your colleagues and help is always there when needed

      none apart from the salary, it's not the worst but can definitely be better

      Bad salary, no progression in salary never. No veterans working there, so you don't feel this company is the place to stay for some years

      Awful atmosphere between people eager to label you and your job for their own benefit. Evaluations are a kind of peer to peer gossip and managers are complacent in dealing with it as long as they keep their position. Not big engineering but a lot of hot air consultancy rubbish…
