      Pros

      Ashley james consulting is a collaborative and innovative place to work. Both directors lead by example through their work ethic and dedication to both the team and the business. They are building a team of great people and creating a great team dynamic. Every member of the team brings something individual to the business and will make you feel part of something very special. This was a brilliant place to work and I would recommend their services to candidates and clients alike.

      Brilliant company that does recruitment the right way

      - Professional recruitment business - no cutting corners or - Progression - clear progression routes and set goals - Great culture - really friendly team, no animosity or feeling of hierarchy - Supportive leadership and team members - everyone wants to help others succeed, there is always someone close by ready to give advice/help - Autonomy to run your own desk - no micromanagement - Hybrid working - mix of office and home working - Swanky offices and new tech equipment
