-Awful management. -Lack of support. -Unclear job expectations. -Morale is a joke. -Pay is abysmal if you have to commute. -Turn over rate is industry leading. -Training is very much figure it out through reprimands. -HR is absent and will never talk to employees. -Good luck getting time off approved inside of a pay period. -Managers don't respond to emails or Teams chats for help but expect you to drop everything and respond when they send something.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Clicks and gossip. They openly talk politics which in any other office environment would be taboo and reason for write up. And if you go to management and don't agree with them they will use it against you later. Training is non existent and if you ask a question you are referred to a manual which is so confusing and hard to read but that's your fault. Co workers are NOT your friend many will back stab. The hourly wage is not compensating enough for the work load you are expected to carry. There is a hybrid work from home policy which they said is going to stay in place but I have my doubts. MANY employees since my time there simply left and those I have spoken with have said the same thing i have seen. The New CEO of the location is a ghost. NEVER speaks to any of his staff. Unless you like constantly watching your back and are just looking for a hybrid job I would avoid this place at all cost. FYI this company have had a lot of employees leave in the time I have been there. When you are in office they close it up so you feel like you are in Air Traffic control and cut off from the outside it's very depressing.
