      definitely human resources culture, only management profitable strategy, employee earnings are not taken into consideration while the company is earning.

      The employees working inside are warm and friendly people.

      Cons

      The rate of raises is strange. Inflation calculations are based on the date you started, but the rate of raise you receive is the same as someone newly entering the job. There are no bonuses, no extra allowances.
