Ok company but management has room for improvement
Pros
Good benefits, HR department is great and always attentive to needs of employees. Love most of the employees I work with and the work environment.
Cons
Practically zero interaction with management and employees unless you have managed to do something wrong. Many folks feel forgotten after being hired. No guidance on career development or counseling. Many very qualified people are often underpaid, under appreciated or let go without ever being counseled. Told one thing and made promises only to change and not compensate employees or follow through with said promises. The pay should be much higher for the level of expertise and work being performed. Promotion from within seems to be non existent as they just bring on third party companies into leadership positions.
