      Being part of an umbrella company means you can call on more resource.

      Lack of communication, felt like the Asia Pacific arm didn't really care about the NZ branch.

      Pros

      There is a great culture at APD where it feels more like one big family than segmented teams. It's a huge part of what makes APD a great and unique place to work. There is plenty of opportunity to get involved in different areas of the business and self-driven initiatives and projects and encouraged.

      Cons

      There have been a few people leave the business to move onto other opportunities which is always a concern but many of these people had been with the company for 2+ years. Management are working on replacing these team members so the future looks bright.
