      Pros

      Some friendly people. Organised and structured. Ok salary.

      Cons

      Repetitive tasks and lack of engagement with ‘customers’ in my role. Not a bad thing if that’s what you like. Lots of information to recall.

      Pros

      Great work life balance. Innovative company to work for with some great products which make a big difference for individuals and companies. Because there are only 100 employees - you get to know everyone and there is opportunity to work on lots of different products and with parts of the business across the globe. The day flies by because no two hours ot two days are the same.

      Cons

      Very, very busy though the ethos of the business is to get the right home life balance. Long hours are not expected.
