Poor management. A real blame culture exists, the people at the top live in a bubble and take all the credit for success, but nothing negative is ever there responsibility.
Virtually no training is ever given and as such career progression is none existent.
Very old business model, which at some point will cause problems. Not good at innovating and relies on a small number of products for profits.
The same mistakes are made over and over again. Mistakes are not anyalized and built upon.
