      Pros

      Great holiday entitlement + 2 days in the office and 3 from home. Good Management - overall I have felt supportive when needed. Everyone in the business works incredibly hard and generally it's a really nice place to work.

      Cons

      There are never enough hours in the day and it can be a struggle to get everything done.

      Employees have a voice. Strong leadership and direction. Great work life balance. Fantastic Members.

      Cons

      Package and benefits were not so great. Although they are on par when compared to other membership organisations.

      Pros

      APSCo is a fantastic place to work. I've never experienced such dedication to providing the best possible service. Almost without exception the staff are professional, extremely hard-working, and passionate about the professional recruitment sector. The CEO is inspiring. Everyone has the opportunity to chip in new ideas.

      Cons

      Like any small business, there's just never enough time or resource for everything you want to achieve. Also like any small business, there are less opportunities for advancement, but dedication is always rewarded.
