Eight months later, I feel confident and proficient in the Telecom industry. During my time at ASG, I experienced rapid career growth, moving from a Talent Acquisition Specialist to a Recruiter within the first 90 days. The TA Team, renowned for its supportive culture, made me feel welcomed and part of a team from day one. The collective helpfulness and kindness of everyone in the team contribute to a positive work environment that I am proud to be a part of. My current workload at ASG is not only manageable, but it also fosters a stress-free work environment. I am involved in sourcing and recruiting efforts for the Sacramento and southeast markets, providing me with new and diverse learning opportunities daily.
