      Poor Management on Shop Floor

      Okay benefits When you leave, you'll feel a weight has been lifted.

      Cons

      Micro-management. For 30 staff on shop floor there are about 7 different team leaders and managers. This results in poor communication and information is diluted from the top, which only serves to create a toxic atmosphere and poor productivity.

      None really , company uses old systems and is not up to date with today’s trend in supply chain and purchasing

      Cons

      No sick pay , company is still ruled by old fashioned directors. No HR, no unions , no future in this company except you are a director

      none bad culture, unfair treatment

      Cons

      started within days was told I wasn't learning the role quickly enough bearing in mind I had done the same role for 8 years in a much mire high profile company . Taken into a office without any prior feedback regarding my performance or offered any coaching told my employment was being terminated only after they asked me to go back to my desk to work ,first time ever I have had my employment terminated .
