Pros
My experience working for ASRC proved to be a positive. ASRC empowers their employs to strive and achieve toward success. Management is there to lead not micro-manage. I always speak fondly of my years with ASRC and have often mentioned how it would be nice to return to their service.
Cons
The only real con I can discuss was a difficulty I had trying to define a management path to properly prepare for future consideration.

The management was very good to me, except for the local Program Manager, who was an ex-NASA executive. i earned the respect of the company execs because I played a major role in winning the $600 million contract.
Cons
Very little cons, except problems with some of the NASA managers.
