Pros

- work/life balance (on lower levels) - distinct procedures

Cons

1. The job title "Project Manager" at Atcom is misleading as the role encompasses a combination of responsibilities including: - Project Management - Business Analysis - Quality Assurance. - Website Building/Data Entry 2. It is crucial to note that the turnover rate is high, and new hires may be at risk of being let go within the first six months. Prospective candidates should carefully consider their financial situation before accepting an offer from Atcom, as job security may not be guaranteed during this initial period. 3. There are a lot mandatory events outside of working hours. 4. The company is not remote friendly. Although a lot of people work from home, they do everything to bring people back to the office.
