You will see lots of diversity at DNA2.0, a fun multi-cultural team, and lots of women for a high-tech/biotech company. But beware, a big part of this hiring decision is labor cost, and they underpay the women, expescially asian and indian women, in every dept. Your male coworkers are making more than you, and your male boss is making a LOT more than you. The atomosphere is fun, but very clicky, like a bad High School rerun.

CEO is a tyrant, controlling and micro-manages; even if you do not report to him. Get on his bad side for any little thing and he makes sure that everyone knows at the company and makes your life miserable to be there on a daily basis.
