I have been working here for a few years. I do like working here but I have seen a lot of people come and leave. People are afraid to talk to their supervisors. I like to work 8 hours of work and go home. recently my conscius is troubling me. I was asked by my superviser to complete a survey for 2016 Best Places To Work. My superviser told me to say that we are afraid to go to HR with problems or questions. Also to rate HR badly with bad comments. I was afraid I will lose my job if I didn't say those things and I feel badly now. HR has never been bad to me and they are friendly too. They put on a lot of fun events for us and do not deserve this. I feel so bad and I do not suggest anyone to work here.

Toxic political environment with obvious double standards and backstabbing. There are a few bullies around the office who do not hesitate to spew insults and throw others under the bus. Worst of all, management supports them and doesn't keep them in check, and there is nothing the powerless HR can do to change it. Check LinkedIn to see how many past employees have worked there. For such a small company, that should be a huge red flag to anyone considering Aver.
