Management seemingly doesn't care about the toxic and stressful environment. Every employee has been there either for years or just a few months, no in-between (wonder why).

Great opportunity for juniors to improve their skills and expertise, they have a chance to work on projects with different clients, business and technology. State-of-the art software (depends on project) and hardware are provided. We have super office culture with great people - this is a workplace where you enjoy arriving to, you look forward every single day.
Cons
The office is in the suburbs, and fellow colleagues usually do overtime.
