      Pros

      I was responsible for doing verification of Education and Employment at APS and did checks for one of the big clients of A-P-S in Dubai. Very helpful colleagues and management. Lot of things to learn and good growth opportunity. Management always open to hearing and implementing better ideas to improve process. Really enjoyed my time and miss old friends.

      Cons

      Office location not that good. Less salary versus the work.

      Dear Colleague - We thank you for your work at Absolute People Screen Pvt. Ltd. and also appreciate your feedback. If you would have been a little more patient and stayed a little longer you would have been able to work out of our new office which now happens to be in DLF Phase IV, Gurgaon. Our new office is indeed much better as compared to our 1st office when the company just started a few years back. Our UAE company is based out of Ras Al Khaimah and not out of Dubai and certainly if business requires we may move some of our colleagues to work there.

      Nice Firm to start your 1st job

      Pros

      APS was my first job and I was interviewed by the Director of the company. I owe my success in the company to my TL and SME. They were always helpful and helped me in solving tough checks. Because, of their help I got many performance incentives regularly. I was given cases of some very important clients and because of my work and also got recognised. I also got a promotion at APS.

      Cons

      Not many negatives. If you do your work well you will never have a problem here. If you work with half attitude and mind it will get noticed and you will be called for a discussion.

      A 100℅ CERTIFIED FAKE COMPANY!!!

      Pros

      No pros for a place where people are treated like slaves , company is in a basement of a small building nothing good about this place. They well make you do every work possible and would still say that you are under performing. Once you enter the basement you won't be allowed to get from up your so called work station

      Cons

      This company should be shut down , very high attrition rate people leave this horrible place in weeks time. If you are running late it is mandatory for you to inform them every time and even after informing they would call you up and ask you stupid questions. Poor work culture.
