      The level of autonomy, freedom for creativity, trust and respect I receive within my role at Absolute enables me to be successful and feel fulfilled within my role. Working with such a great bunch of curious, super-talented individuals across all areas of the business is incredibly rewarding too. I always think of the quote, "If you enjoy what you do, you'll never work a day in your life" and that's true of Absolute. I enjoy coming to work each day and feel humbled to be part of an organisation that actively helps businesses all over the world tackle cybersecurity challenges with fantastic, leading solutions.

      Cons

      If I had to pick something then it'd probably be the multiple tools/systems. And some processes can be a little lengthy/clunky.

      Company is financially stable and has been in business over 20 years A heavy hitting exec team is being brought in to take the company to the next level Canadian culture is relaxed and open to change

      23 year old start up - has many of the issues found with start ups including out dated processes and technologies i.e CRM Absolute is a very well kept secret - lacks brand awareness especially since the name change from Absolute Software and Computrace
