      Horrible Job- Quality Assurance

      Pros

      Only work 14 days a month. Incredible simple job as long as you have half a brain. Some people would say a lot of down time is a pro.

      Cons

      They tell you its 'salary' when in actuality it isn't. You have to come in on off days to cover other people who took the days off. Absolutely no communication between departments whatsoever.

      Pros

      Good hourly pay and bonus. No time and a half.

      Cons

      If you don't want to be part of a click, stay away from this company. They work you to death hourly. Few benifits to speak of. All private water bottling companies have a very high profit margin but this company will not pay it's bills till services are shut off. Cintas and McMaster Carr regularly cut us off as they haven't been paid in 4 months or more. Then they pay off just enough to get services back for a month. Makes it hard to do your job.

      Pros

      Not very many. I will say this I have always been paid on-time and the work has always been constant. The staff members are brilliant, very positive environment shift to shift. Leaders do the best they can with what they have.

      Cons

      Absolutely incompetent management that will always put their wants and needs ahead of the staff. On credit hold with every single vendor I have to deal with. Poor decisions made and poor policies implemented that put employees and consumers at risk. Rigged overtime is a scam. Mangers make promises they cannot or simply do not keep.
